Il s\u2019introduit alors entre l\u2019homme et Dieu, les divise et cr\u00e9\u00e9 entre eux un ab\u00eeme, afin que ceux qui voudraient passer de l\u2019un vers l\u2019autre ne le puisse pas. Le P\u00e8re du mensonge, Mammon, la Puissance-Argent, ne peut donner que ce qu\u2019il est : la division. Alors que Dieu a cr\u00e9\u00e9 tout pour tous, le Dieu-Argent trouve le moyen de diviser le monde en pauvres et riches. C\u2019est ce que nous voyons dans notre monde. Ce que nous appelons le Nord est noy\u00e9 dans sa richesse, alors que ce que nous appelons le Sud meurt de faim. <br>J\u00e9sus  proclame : \u00ab Heureux les pauvres en esprit \u00bb. Pour le Christ-Pauvre, le pauvre est celui qui est humble, humili\u00e9, celui qui est dans le besoin et qui assume cette situation dans son c\u0153ur. C\u2019est celui qui, n\u2019attendant rien des hommes, s\u2019en remet compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 Dieu. <br>J\u00e9sus proclame aussi : \u00ab Malheureux \u00eates-vous les riches ! Car vous avez votre consolation \u00bb. Pour J\u00e9sus, le riche est celui qui est tellement satisfait de ses possessions qu\u2019il ne sent plus le besoin m\u00eame de  Dieu. Il trouve sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et son bonheur dans l\u2019argent qu\u2019il a amass\u00e9 m\u00eame en appauvrissant les pauvres dont il ignore l\u2019existence. <br>Allons-nous nous laisser manipuler par le dieu-Mammon ?
