En donnant l\u2019hospitalit\u00e9 \u00e0 celui qui n\u2019a pas de pierre o\u00f9 reposer sa t\u00eate et qui s\u2019est identifi\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les sans-abris, Marthe et Marie ont re\u00e7u J\u00e9sus et tous les hommes avec lui. Car la Terre appartient au Seigneur et les humains y vivent en qualit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sidents, d\u2019\u00e9migr\u00e9s. \u00ab Seigneur, dit un Psaume, je ne suis qu\u2019un \u00e9migr\u00e9 chez toi, un h\u00f4te comme tous mes p\u00e8res \u00bb.
L\u2019hospitalit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas seulement une vertu humaine, mais c\u2019est une vertu chr\u00e9tienne. En effet Dieu l\u2019a fortement recommand\u00e9e et J\u00e9sus l\u2019a observ\u00e9e. N\u00e9 dans un pays \u00e9tranger, \u00e9migr\u00e9 en Egypte, durant toute sa vie publique J\u00e9sus a \u00e9t\u00e9 souvent l\u2019h\u00f4te de Pierre, de Lazare et d\u2019autres.
En outre, S. Pierre dit que les chr\u00e9tiens sont des \u00ab \u00e9trangers et des voyageurs dans ce monde \u00bb et la lettre aux H\u00e9breux recommande : \u00ab N\u2019oubliez pas l\u2019hospitalit\u00e9, car c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elle que quelques-uns, \u00e0 leur insu, h\u00e9berg\u00e8rent des anges \u00bb.
N\u2019ayons pas peur donc d\u2019ouvrir largement notre maison, notre table et surtout notre c\u0153ur \u00e0 cet \u00e9tranger culturellement et socialement diff\u00e9rent de nous et qui nous fait peur. Car, en le recevant nous rencontrons la mis\u00e9ricorde de J\u00e9sus qui s\u2019est identifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et \u00e0 l\u2019homme dans le besoin. Nous serons de bons h\u00f4tes si nous n\u2019oublions pas que nous sommes tous des \u00e9migr\u00e9s, que nous avons tous \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us sur terre gratuitement avec notre fragilit\u00e9 et nos diff\u00e9rences et que notre v\u00e9ritable domicile est celui que J\u00e9sus est all\u00e9 nous pr\u00e9parer, au ciel.
